    Automatic Fire Suppresion System (ALS)

ALS technology sets the benchmark for automatic fire suppression systems. ALS systems detect and suppress fire, directly at the source, quickly, efficiently and automatically.

ALS is a unique, cost-effective, extremely reliable automatic fire suppression system that can be utilized virtually anywhere that a fire poses a risk.

ALS extinguishes fire directly at its source using a unique pressurized flexi-tube delivery system that allows installation virtually anywhere fire protection is required. This tubing is leak-resistant, flexible, and temperature sensitive ALS reacts reliably every time.

ALS offers many advantages over conventional fire suppressing systems:
  • Flexible, narrow tubing enables it to be inserted into small narrow spaces
  • No electricity required; it will work even in electrical failure
  • Virtually no installation limitations
  • Simple design reduces maintenance
  • Always activates at hottest point of the fire
  • Suppresses fire in seconds, minimizing damage
  • Quick, simple installation
  • Extinguishing agent is site-specific, minimizing damage
  • Application:
  • Computer and server
  • Electrical Control Cabinets
  • Storage Compartments
  • Vehicles ( Automobiles, Buses)
  • Telecommunications Equipment
  • Suppresses fire in seconds, minimizing damage

  • PYROCOOL

Our company would like to offer you PYROCOOL fire-fighting applications - the most sophisticated fire-fighting agents which proved their qualities and won a respect of many experts at the liquidation of the heaviest fires in our country as well as abroad. Pyrocool fire-fighting agent is respected and appreciated especially due to its effectiveness at the quenching of oil-wells in Persian gulf, the fire on the board of Nassia tanker in Bosporus straits or at the liquidation of forest fires in Florida.

Pyrocool is a winner of the U.S. 1998 Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award.

The Pyrocool agent was used e.g. at the fire of Litvinov refinery, at the quenching of burning resin in Domazlice region, at the fire of underground cable distribution network in Brno or at other complicated fires. Last time the cool agent was successfully used at the fire of refinery in Turkish Tüpras.

Pyrocool is rightly considered to be the fire-fighting application of the third millennium. In order to enable firemen to effectively use cool applications we also offer the sophisticated fire-fighting equipment such as application systems for quenching using the Pyrocool substance.

Recently we have introduced the brand new product to the market - Pyrocool fire-fighting agent in the form of spray applicable for general public - for households, motorists, servicemen, handymen, etc.

    Cooling effect

A principal attraction of the PYROCOOL® fire extinguishment products is their patented ability to dramatically and quickly lower fire site temperature. Firefighters consistently report a "cooling shield" which precedes them when fires are fought with PYROCOOL® products. Structures located in or adjacent to fire sites are cool to the touch following extinguishment and the temperature of residual fuel sources (normally a point of re-ignition concern) is drastically lowered. The beneficial effects of the PYROCOOL® cooling phenomenon cannot be underestimated.

The manufacturer of the PYROCOOL® products has received many inquiries concerning the scientific basis of the PYROCOOL® cooling effect. In response to these inquiries, the following statement by one of PYROCOOL®'s chemists provides perhaps the most readily understandable scientific explanation.

"Combustion of common class a and class b materials can be described as a chaotic oxidation of numerous classes of organic compounds. The chemical yield of these reactions is equally chaotic and produces numerous classes of organic compounds in addition to CO2, H2O, and CO. The common denominator of all combustion reactions is that the products yielded are at a much lower total Gibbs free energy state than the fuel reactants.

In the process of achieving this lower energy state a great photon yield of radiant energy is delivered. This is evidenced by the various colors and wavelengths present with flame emissions. These emissions, by striking the fuel load directly and by striking adjacent bodies that reradiate, are responsible for propagating the violent sets of reactions in combustion of organic materials.

The PYROCOOL® products interfere with these reactions by providing a continuous stream of molecules that will absorb the high energy radiant emissions from the combustion process. PYROCOOL® is of such structure that will absorb a photon, elevate to an excited state, and revert to the ground state within a period of 10-3 to 10-6 seconds. Additionally, PYROCOOL® will provide a foam blanket or aqueous barrier that will suppress the flood of volatile organic vapors into the air, thus eliminating flashback of the fire into areas that have already been extinguished by the primary mechanism."

THE CONFIGURATION OF SUG PLISZKA FE-36
The configuration of SUG is based on choosing an appropriate number of tanks so that the amount of the extinguishing agent is suitable to the protected area. There is only one steering system that is used to monitor the compartment and the fire fighting system as well as steering the automatic extinguishing process.

    ENVIROMENTAL WORK CONDITIONS
FE-36 Fire Extinguishing Agent is used in closed compartments in the temperature raging from 0oC to 50oC and the relative humidity up to 95% at 40oC.

    THE STEERING SYSTEM
The steering system of SUG “PLISZKA” is used for monitoring compartments and fire fighting systems as well as steering the automatic extinguishing process. These functions are put in to practice by the automatic extinguishing central control INGIS 1520. This unit initializes the fire fighting process after the detection and verification of fire danger. Manual initializing and stopping the process is also possible. The above system monitors the fire-fighting unit while watching as well as extinguishing.
